Craig entered the real estate world in 1979. He came to Kellstrom-Ray Agency in 1985 armed with a brand new 24-unit condominium project, Northbluff, and he needed a new home to work from. Craig was also on the ground floor of The Arbors of Door County and worked hand in hand with former Governor Patrick Lucey on the development of The Woods at Hibbards Creek. He has always been one of the top producers of the office and the county as a whole.

He has coached youth baseball and basketball at every level and is a member of the Door County Baseball Hall of Fame. Craig lives in Sister Bay with his wife Valerie; they have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. He is professional, experienced, grounded and ready to be at your service.

Robin started her real estate career in 1977 at Kellstrom-Ray Agency. She became a mortgage loan officer at First Northern in Sturgeon Bay in 1985. Then in 1992, she became the Branch Manager/Mortgage Lender at North Shore Bank in Sister Bay until she retired January of 2014. She brings with her years of experience and knowledge in the Door County real estate market.

Emily is the newest member of Kellstrom-Ray, joining the team during the winter of 2024. She is a Door County native, whose family goes back many generations. Grand View Park, and the Liberty Grove Historical Society, both sitting atop the Niagara Escarpment at the Ellison Bay Hill, was for decades the homestead of Emily’s grandparents, Russell and Virginia Hanson.

Emily lived most of her life in northern Door but in 2013 her yearning for adventure led her first to Colorado ski country and then to Montana. In Montana Emily was employed as a sales agent by Pierce Homes, selling factory-built homes. She enjoyed working with people helping them find their “dream homes” but she found she missed her family and friends, the blue waters of Lake Michigan and everything Door County has to offer. In 2021 she moved back home and began to study Wisconsin real estate, securing her license in 2023.

Emily has a true passion for Door County, knows the area well, and is here to make your Door County dream come true.

Meghan is a Door County native, growing up in Baileys Harbor and now living in Sister Bay with her husband Mike (also a Door County native), and two daughters, Charlotte and Vivienne. She is a graduate of Gibraltar High School and the University of Green Bay, majoring in Psychology. 

After her and her husband sold their shares of their restaurant business, Meghan decided to start a career in real estate. She obtained her license and joined the Kellstrom-Ray sales team in March of 2025. Living and working in Door County her whole life, she offers a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge on this beautiful place we call home. 

In her free time, Meghan loves spending time outdoors with her family and two dogs, Remi and Ranger, and enjoying all that Door County has to offer. She is looking forward to this new venture and having the opportunity to work with you!
